1990 – Company founded on the site of the former GDR combine dkk Scharfenstein, with a primary focus on:
metalworking, production and assembly of advertising systems
2003 – Karsten Wabst takes over the company; the museum and exhibition construction division is developed
2007 – First major contract in spatial partitioning for exhibition construction, the Nebra Sky Disk
2009 – First major contract in exhibition construction in the private sector, client Porsche AG
2014 – Jana and Jan Wabst become partners and the exhibition division is developed further
2015 – Expansion of production capacity and joinery to approx. 2,800 sqm
